Throughout my childhood, both my parents instilled in me the important values that I apply to my treatments, such as the importance of integrity for well being. As a singer songwriter, I learned to appreciate how natural energy impacts emotions and through this innate creative source--my music became a natural expressive channel. Music is sound and though inspirational, is quite healing and truly magical.  During many years of studying metaphysics and energy healing, I facilitated empowerment groups, Reiki Healing circles and coached clients only to personally realize its true essence. ARYA, a Sanskrit word that has been translated to mean “not ordinary; noble; valuable; precious; and pure.” supports my belief that energy  counseling should be unique to each human being. It's with this belief that every day, I strive to educate, empower and heal my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
